To discover a wealth of information about Guernsey, you can visit the Priaulx Library to research genealogy, or the Guille Allez library, which hold a wealth of archaic titles, as well as the range of reference and lending material associated with any major public library.
More detailed legal information concerning births, deaths and marriages can be obtained by visiting the offices of HM Greffier. In terms of education, the Island has a number of excellent schools and the Guernsey College of Further Education for adult education and vocational skills training.
Education has been further extended with the introduction of the Guernsey Training Agency and Finance Training Agency, both of which are dedicated to the advanced training for business and the Island's finance sector.
